Who we are
WeLove Studios, Lda., Rua 9, 465, 4500-378 Espinho, Portugal, is the controller of the data collected on this website, welove.studio. For any privacy question, write to hello@welove.studio.
What we collect
Nothing. This site has no forms, uses no cookies, has no tracking and neither asks for nor stores data about its visitors. We only handle personal data if you contact us by email or phone: what you give us (name, contact details, the content of your message) is used solely to reply and, if we go ahead, to prepare a proposal. We keep it for as long as the conversation or project lasts and for as long as tax law requires.
Server logs
Like any website, the server keeps technical logs of each request (IP address, page requested, date, browser) for a short period, for security and troubleshooting. We do not combine them with any other information.
Analytics
We use no third-party analytics. If we ever count visits, it will be with a tool installed on our own server, with no cookies, no IP addresses and no way to identify anyone, and this policy will be updated first.
Your rights
If you have ever written to us, you can ask to access, correct or delete that data, and object to its processing, by emailing hello@welove.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
